Jenn has 15+ successful years of business development, marketing and advertising experience, specifically within the digital world.  Her focus is on education within emerging markets.


Susan Thoman

Organics Liaison

Susan has over 30 years in the environmental and sustainability field, and served for 12 years on the Cedar Grove Composting leadership team in the Seattle area.  Susan’s collaborative and business centered philosophy links compost manufacturers, product development teams, end users and municipalities together in effective engagement models that minimize contamination in feed stocks while expanding the diversion and capacity for viable compost feed stocks eligible for organics recycling.


Michele Riggs

Technical & Field Advisor

Michele provides all types of field work, curriculum development, and research services that range from waste audits, to composting trials, market development research, applications for compost usage, just to name a few. She is well-versed in field work and R&D projects in compostable products, stormwater compliance, and applications of compost.
